Carlos A. Hernandez
President and CEO

Carlos, founded Blue Hudson Construction in 2016, shortly after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business, from Berkeley College. He also holds a Master of Science (MS) in Construction Management from New York University (NYU) Tandon School of Engineering.

 

He is a decorated military veteran, who served 4 years of service in the United States Navy (2001- 2005), as a naval cryptologist on-board the aircraft carrier, USS Enterprise (CVN-65). He participated in both Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Carlos, received an honorable discharge in 2005.   

 

After his military service, he worked for the United Nations Department of Safety and Security from 2005 – 2013, assisting the UN in its mission in maintaining world peace and security, and in helping them foster cooperation between nations in order to solve economic, social, cultural, and humanitarian international problems.

 

In 2015, he briefly worked for NBCUniversal Inc., as a Sr. Intelligence Analyst, preparing critical security assessments and analysis, that ensured the safety and protection of NBCUniversal’s talent, personnel, and assets worldwide.

As President and CEO of Blue Hudson Construction, he has created a unified set of practices that has led to an increase in operational efficiency and business processes. He has established a company culture of creativity, innovation, and reliability.
